According to the renders, the device is the same as the S22 ultra, but they bring a large display, bottom bezel, flat top, and built-in S pen slot. According to the rumors, the S23 has the same dimension as its predecessor. But some changes will make it different from its predecessor. The camera array on the back is nearly identical. The two smaller sensors are more flush to the device chassis than on the Galaxy S22 Ultra. In Galaxy S23 ultra, the metal frame is less rounded on the sides. That gives the flattened design for the volume button.

According to the latest rumor, Samsung is trying to give a more consistent design language in all upcoming flagship series. In the S23 models, they finish the camera island while the Ultra model will have too many flatter sides, the same as the S22 ultra. Moreover, according to another leak, Samsung uses Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset in the new upcoming series. There are rumors that Samsung will finally increase the primary camera to a 200mp sensor.

According to the leaks, Samsung will be released the Galaxy S23 series in February. Samsung released the flagship series in February every year. So that’s why we are expecting the exact timeline for the Samsung S23 series. Samsung will release three models like its predecessor. Samsung Galaxy S23, S23 plus, Galaxy S23 ultra.
